Refund and Returns Policy

Whoplaza is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your shopping experience. If your item is damaged or defective, we will provide you with a replacement or a full refund. There is no need to return the item. We take responsibility for any loss you may experience.

Returns
Currently, we do not accept returns as all our items are made-to-order and we do not hold inventory or stock.

If you need to make a correction to your order, please contact customer service within 24 hours on weekdays or 48 hours on weekends from the time of placing your order. Once the order has been sent to the fulfillment centers, it cannot be canceled.

It is important to carefully read the description of each item before placing your order. We provide a sizing chart for each product to help you choose the correct size. Please ensure that you provide accurate information before finalizing your order.

In the event that we send you the wrong order, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can send you the correct item. You do not need to return the incorrect item and can keep it as a gift.

Order Cancellation
Since all items are made-to-order, you can only cancel your order and request a refund within 24 hours on weekdays or 48 hours on weekends from the time of placing your order. After that, the order will be sent to the fulfillment centers and cannot be canceled.

Refunds (if applicable)
Damaged or defective items: We offer replacements or full refunds if you provide photo proof within 30 days of delivery, as shown by the tracking website and your order’s shipping label.
Late delivery or missing order: We offer a 50% refund after 45 days of placing the order and a full refund after 60 days of placing the order.
Please note that we generally do not accept refund requests due to customer error, such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, or wrong shipping address.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

If you have done the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges & Replacements (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 30 days of delivery, as shown by the tracking website. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at [email protected] with photo proof.

Once we have approved the photo, we will send a replacement to you. You do not need to return the defective item to us.
